School Picnic - Saturday, June 18th at Risser's Beach
We usually meet at the picnic tables near the canteen between 12 and 1 pm, share our food and stay as long as we like. Over the years we've been there in blasting heat or frozen blue, and it is always fun.

Welcome to our new Grade 4,5,6 teacher, Mr. Casey Hayes. He is a Waldorf trained teacher and has taught grade 5 and 6 at Huronia School in Barrrie as well as operated a Waldorf kindergarten, Fairies and Frogs, in Lahave.

Looking for house to rent: My family of 4 will be looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to rent beginning September 1st, preferably a studio space included as well. Our email is and that is a good way to contact us. We are all looking forward to meeting you all this fall.

Watercolour time in the Kindergarten

NEWS:
Our own Rob Moir and Sally Lawrence were awarded 1st place by the judges as well as the "People's Choice Award" at the Creative Metal Fest in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Their sculpture will be part of a 60-foot diorama for downtown Brampton due to open Labour Day 2006. The winning fragment shows three life size figures ascending a staircase carrying a metal tube (which will later become a sculpture of a tree they are rebuilding). They are welded in a copper alloy called nickel-silver. Photos below. Congratulations from all of us!
