The 5th annual Waldorf East Conference will be held at the South Shore Waldorf School in Blockhouse on Friday, June 22, Saturday, June 23, and Sunday, June 24, 2012.

This year's theme: Educating for Social Responsibility.

~Our keynote speaker is Les Black, who was a Grades 1 - 8 Class Teacher at the Toronto Waldorf SChool three times. Yup! a total of 24 years so plenty of experience to share.

Les has also been very interested in parental freedom to choose education for their children and has visited almost all Waldorf Schools in Canada. He will share insights from that exploration on Friday evening.

Saturday and Sunday Les will give the keynote talk each morning and the rest of the day will be a choice of 2 workshops each day.

Cost for the full conference is $150 or $100 each day or $30 per workshop...

Childcare for ages 3 and up is $5 an hour per child.
