 - WHAT KIND OF EDUCATION DO YOU WANT FOR YOUR CHILD, PRE- GRADE ONE ?

- DOES THE WALDORF SCHOOL OFFER WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN EARLY EDUCATION ?

At this time of year parents’ thoughts are turning to next year and what that might bring for them in school terms, whether it be at Waldorf or not. The teachers are making plans for next year’s classes and would like to hear from parents of their wishes and dreams for their children’s early education.

At present, here at South Shore Waldorf School, the teachers are considering, among other plans, having two levels in Kindergarten – a ‘senior’ level for children age 5/6 (5 by 31 May. Public school cut- off date: December), and a ‘junior’ level for children age 3-5 (3 or 4 by 31 May).
