Re-Enrolment Steps

This is a reminder to go into your Ravenna portal and sign your re-enrollment contract for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Having accurate enrolment numbers is important to the school’s ability to plan for the coming year.

1) Please follow this link  > Your Parent Portal to complete your South Shore Waldorf School 2026-2027 School Year Tuition Agreement on-line with Ravenna.

2) After you have logged in, click on the Admissions tab to access and fill out your contract(s). If you have more than one child you will see a contract for each child.

3) Click on Fill Out Contract to get started.

4) Each page may require you to fill out and/or approve that certain information is correct. You will be prompted with an error message to let you know what required information was not completed if you do not complete the required information. Once you have completed each page click Next.

5) On the review page, confirm your tuition amount and choose your payment option. There are three types of payment method:

1: Credit card;

2: One-payment e-transfer; or

3: Payments by e-transfer. Click Next to move to the final signature page.

6) Once you have completed each page you will advance to the final Review and Complete page where you can review, sign, and approve your contract.

WORK BLOCKS!

Work Blocks are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis, but, the number and kind of work blocks assigned to any one family is limited depending on the number available and the demand. We try to ensure that anyone interested has a reasonable and fair chance to obtain a work block.
